Located in the East wing of the library is a small multi-use room with a capacity of 25 persons.
The Meeting Room is handicap accessible. There is a sink available for use. Wireless access as well as a projector, and audio speakers available for use. There are 4 tables that seats 6 people and extra chairs are available upon request. Responsibility for room set-up and clean-up rests solely with the applicant.
Quiet Areas
The Reading Room is also located in the east wing of the library and is handicap accessible. Wireless access is available. The Reading Room is right next to the Children’s Room please check the calendar below for Story Time hours, as they can become loud.
There is also a small table in the Adult Section located in the West wing that sits 4 persons.

Important Guidelines
- Use of the meeting room is limited to public gatherings of civic, cultural, and educational nature.
- Library programs will be given priority when reserving the meeting room.
- If a meeting is canceled, please notify the Library as far in advance of the date as possible at gorhampubliclibrarynh@gmail.com or (603) 466-2525.
